Tato diplomová práce se zabývá controllingem, jako nástrojem pro dosahování vytyčených cílů organizace. Zkoumá konkrétní aplikaci controllingu v rámci zdravotnického zařízení, s důrazem na efektivitu a snižování nákladů.
