Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením isoflavonů v rostlinném materiálu pomocí kapilární zónové elektroforézy v off-line spojení s MALDI-TOF MS (hmotnostní spektrometrie s ionizací/desorpcí laserem za účasti matrice a s průletovým analyzátorem). Abstract:
This thesis deals with the determination of isoflavones in plant material by means of capillary zone electrophoresis and off-line applied MALDI-TOF MS (mass spectrometry with matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization and time-of-flight analyzer).
