Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje položkovému rozpočtu a harmonogramu stavebních prací u rodinného domu s provozovnou. V teoretické části této práce je kladen důraz na vysvětlení klíčových pojmů v oblasti rozpočtování a principů tvorby harmonogramu stavebních prací. Aplikační část je rozdělena do dvou výzkumných otázek. První otázka se věnuje sestavení položkového rozpočtu vybraných dílčích částí stavby – zemní a výkopové práce, základové konstrukce, svislé konstrukce, vodorovné konstrukce a schodiště. Druhá otázka se věnuje sestavení harmonogramu stavebních prací z otázky číslo jedna a vypracování dvou vybraných technologických předpisů. Položkový rozpočet umožnil stanovit cenu pro vybrané sekce stavby a díky časovému harmonogramu je možné určit dobu potřebnou pro výstavbu. Základem pro tuto práci byla projektová dokumentace pro stavební povolení, která byla získána během studia absolvovaných předmětů ATE_1, ATE_2 a ATE_3.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on itemized budgeting and the construction work schedule for a family house with an operational facility. In the theoretical part, emphasis is placed on explaining key concepts in the field of budgeting and the principles behind creating a construction work schedule. The application part is divided into two research questions. The first question addresses the compilation of an itemized budget for selected sections of the construction – earthworks, excavation works, foundational structures, vertical structures, horizontal structures, and stairs. The second question delves into creating a construction work schedule based on the first question and drafting two selected technological regulations. The itemized budget allowed for determining the cost for the chosen sections of the construction, and thanks to the time schedule, the construction duration can be ascertained. The foundation for this thesis was the project documentation for building permits, which was acquired during the study of courses ATE_1, ATE_2, and ATE_3.
