Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu řízení nákladů ve vybraném podnikatelském subjektu. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou nákladů, jejich členěním a alokací. Dále jsou v teoretické části charakterizovány nástroje a kritéria, která se při řízení nákladů využívají. Nejčastějšími nástroji řízení nákladů jsou kalkulace a rozpočty. Bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of cost management in chosen business subject. Theoretical part deals with costs characteristic, its division and allocation. Then, in the theoretical part, there are characteristic of things and criteria which are used for cost management. The most used things for cost management are calculation and coasting.
