Práce je koncipovaná jako průvodce po veřejně přístupných kostnicích, v nichž je prezentována výzdoba z lidských kostí a lebek ve stylu Memento mori a po románských a raně gotických specifických hřbitovních kaplích (karnerech), unikátním stavebním typu, který se dochoval na území jižní Moravy. The work is drafted as a guide of the public accessible charnel-houses with decorations from human bones and skulls in the Memento mori style as well as a guide of the Romanesque and Early Gothic specific cemetery chapels (ossuaries) unique building type which has been kept in the south Moravian territory.
