Communication with an aggressive person

Abstract:

Diplomová práce Komunikace s agresivním jedincem pojednává o komunikačních kompetencích učitele při střetu s agresorem. Ve své teoretické části se zaměřuje na komunikaci obecně, její účel a cyklus, s orientací na komunikaci učitele a jeho komunikační kompetence. Dále se věnuje agresi a agresivitě a různým přístupům odborníků v této oblasti. V následujícím oddílu jsou tato témata propojená, kapitola se zabývá komunikací s agresorem a navrhuje způsoby předcházení a řešení konfliktních situací. Závěrečný úsek teoretické části pojednává o metodách výuky a nácviku komunikace a komunikačních kompetencí. Práce v praktické části předkládá analýzu simulovaných situací pro nácvik komunikačních schopností v situaci s agresivním protivníkem. Výzkumně se zaměřuje na studenty pedagogické fakulty a jejich současné schopnosti a dovednosti při zvládání konfliktních situací. Výzkumné šetření má kvalitativní charakter a může dále sloužit jako inspirace pro vzdělávání a sebevzdělávání učitelů v oblasti komunikace.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis called Communication with an aggressive person discusses about communication competence of teachers in conflict with the aggressor. The theoretical part focuses on communication in general, its purpose and the communications cycle, it's oriented on teacher's communication and his communication skills. It also discusses the aggression as different scientific approaches of experts in this field. In the following section, these themes are connected, engaged in communications with the aggressor, and designs ways to prevent and resolve conflict situations. The final section of theoretical part discusses the theoretical methods of teaching and training in communication and communication skills. In the practical part, my work presents an analysis of simulated situations as a training in communication skills in a situation with an aggressive opponent. Research has focused on students of Faculty of Education and their current abilities and skills for managing conflict situations. The survey is qualitative and can also serve as inspiration for education and learning for teachers in the field of communication.
