Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahem firem se svými zákazníky (spotřebiteli) a tím, zda znají svá práva v oblasti ochrany spotřebitelů. V práci se budu zabývat zákazníkem, jako „průměrným“ spotřebitelem (Ondrejová Dana, 2009, s. 223). The bachelor thesis deals with the relationship of companies with their customers (consumers) and with their knowledge of their consumer protection rights. In my work I will deal with the customer as an "average" consumer (Ondrejová Dana, 2009, p. 223).
