Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku finančního hospodaření a hodnocení finanční situace obcí. Cílem této diplomové práce je provést analýzu minulého rozpočtového hospodaření a vyhodnotit současnou finanční situaci města Bruntál za sledované časové období a navrhnout opatření vedoucích ke zlepšení stávajícího stavu. The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of financial management and evaluation of the financial situation of municipalities. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the past budgetary management and to evaluate the current financial situation of Bruntál in the monitored time period and propose measures to improve the current situation.
