Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na personální činnosti ve vybraném podniku ABC. Cílem práce je zhodnocení současného stavu prováděných personálních činností a identifikace jejich silných a slabých stránek. The aim of the thesis is to assess the current state of the personnel activities being carried out and to identify their strengths and weaknesses.
