Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce je profesní vzdělávání učitelů. Teoretická část obsahuje tři hlavní kapitoly, kdy první kapitola nesoucí název Učitelská profese je věnována historickému vývoji této profese a rozlišení pojmu učitel a pedagogický pracovník. Druhá kapitola této práce je zaměřena na vymezení pojmu a rozlišení mezi pedagogickými dovednostmi učitelů a profesními kompetencemi, doplněná o standard učitele. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je věnována profesnímu vzdělávání učitelů, konkrétně profesionalizaci učitelství, vzdělávání učitelů, a to jak přípravnému, tak i dalšímu vzdělávání a kariérnímu řádu učitele. Empirická část diplomové práce se zabývá problémem hodnocení souvislé profesní praxe z pohledu studentů v porovnání s pohledem učitelů praxe a sebehodnocením studentů v roli učitele. K výzkumu jsem použila studentská portfolia od studentů 5. ročníku Ostravské univerzity, oboru Učitelství pro 1. stupeň ZŠ a hodnotící archy učitelů praxe. Použitou výzkumnou metodou byla obsahová analýza dokumentů.

Abstract:

The theme of this master's thesis is the professional education of teachers. The theoretical part contains three main chapters: the first chapter, "The Teaching Profession", is devoted to the historical development of the profession and the differentiation of the terms "teachers" and "pedagogical worker". The second chapter is focused on defining the terms "pedagogical skills of teachers" and "professional competencies" and the differentiation between the two, supplemented by teacher standard. The last chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to the professional training of teachers, namely the professionalization of teaching, teacher education, both in the preparatory sense as well as with respect to the teaching career system. The empirical part of the thesis deals with the problem of continuous evaluation of professional teaching practicum from the perspective of students, contrasting the perspectives of supervising teachers and self-evaluations of students in the teaching role. For this research, I used portfolios from 5th year students at the University of Ostrava in the Elementary School Teaching major and evaluation forms from the teaching practicum. The applied research methodology was content analysis of documents.
