Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je posoudit historická data, vyhodnotit vývoj a modernizaci kriminalistických metod a výsledek prokázat na případové studii. Práce vychází zejména z poznatků historických publikací a je přehledně rozdělena do osmi kapitol. První čtyři kapitoly jsou čistě teoretické a přináší celkový pohled na historický vývoj kriminalistiky v souvislosti s jejími nejvýznamnějšími milníky, osobnostmi a metodami. Pátá kapitola je zaměřená na rozbor zásadních případů, které se zasloužily o posun v kriminalistické praxi. Vzhledem k tomu, že šestá až osmá kapitola se zabývá modernizací a novými technologiemi, bylo důležité porovnat uvedené metody z hlediska jejich počátků v minulosti s ohledem na současnost, a doplňujícím přínosem bude rozhovor s odborníkem z praxe na toto téma.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis aims to assess historical data, evaluate the development and modernization of criminalistic methods and demonstrate the results in a case study. The thesis is mainly based on the findings of historical publications and is divided into eight chapters. The first four chapters are purely theoretical and provide an overall view of the historical development of criminology about its most important milestones, personalities, and methods. The fifth chapter focuses on the analysis of seminal cases that have contributed to the shift in criminalistic practice. As chapters six to eight deal with modernization and new technologies, it was important to compare the methods mentioned in terms of their origins in the past with the present, and an interview with a practitioner on the subject will be a complementary contribution.
