Anotácia:

The diploma thesis is focused on the creation of a business plan for a start-up company. The aim of the thesis is to develop a business plan for a new company with the intention to use it as a real basis for business. The diploma thesis will be divided into a theoretical-methodological part and an analytical part, where the main method for creating the thesis will be the method of analysis. In the theoretical-methodological part, the basic concepts will be clarified in a broader context, the practical part will focus on the company UPSIDE DOWN VR, from the establishment of the company through the definition of terms with an emphasis on marketing strategy, financial plan for the sale of flight PCs.
