Anotácia:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to determine decision making of managers and find mains points in company to see treats and opportunities in time of crisis. There is determine what decision making means in business and how decision can influence future act of a given company. There is also description of crises and its influences. There will be analyzed one real company, mostly dealing with financial products, in the practical part of this Thesis with SWOT analysis. There will be done graphs of assets and liabilities during economic crisis in 2007 – 2013 and profit during specific period of time, calculation of liquidity ratios and decision making of the company. The conclusion in the end of thesis is going to show main decision that helped the company survived the crisis during years 2008 – 2013.
