Analysis and Presentation of Accelerometer Data in the ISPP system \nl{}

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout způsob vyhodnocení dat nasnímaných akcelerometrem v systému ISPP pro zjištění typu pohybu a polohy pacientky a na základě navržených způsobů vyhodnocení navrhnout formu jejich prezentace. V teoretické části je popsán systém ISPP nejdříve jako celek, samostatná část je pak věnována zařízení MSM tohoto systému, kterým byla akcelerometrická měření prováděna. Praktická část obsahuje postupy akcelerometrických měření, analýzy naměřených dat a návrh způsobu jejich vyhodnocení pro určení typů pohybu a konkrétních poloh. Dále jsou zde uvedeny návrhy způsobů možné prezentace vyhodnocených akcelerometrických dat, návrhy grafického modelu pro zobrazení pacientky podle zjištěného typu pohybu nebo polohy a návrhy programových modulů pro jejich vyhodnocení a prezentaci.

Abstract:

The objektive of the bachelor´s work was to suggest methods of data evaluation, which was scanned with an accelerometer in ISPP system for pacient´s motion and position detection and on the basis of the suggested evaluation methods to design a form of their presentation. In the theorethic part is described the ISPP system, first of all as a whole, an individual part is dedicated to the MSM device, by which were accelerometer measurements taken. The practical part contains accelerometer measurement methods, an analysis of measured data and a suggestion of their evaluation for determination of types of motion and specific position. Further is here mentioned design of the possible presentation of the evaluated accelerometer data, design of the graphic model to display the patient according to determined motion or position type and design of the program modules for their evaluation and presentation.
