This thesis focuses on the gendarmerie of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia in the period from 1939 to 1945 on the example of Boskovice district. It describes organization, conduct and duties of the gendarmerie in said district and also describes various events, in which the local gendarmerie was involved.
