Závěrečná práce se zabývá komunikací a interakcí na střední škole. Vysvětluje základní pojmy k pochopení tématu. Zaměřuje se na kompetence učitele, klima třídy i komunikační bariéry a práci s nimi. This piece of writing deals with communication and interaction at secondary school. It focuses on teachers´ competence, classroom climate and also communication barriers including coping with them.
