Abstract:
Práce se zabývá efektivitou využití laktačního poradenství. Laktační poradenství spadá do kompetencí porodní asistentky jak v rámci ústavní péče, tak i ambulantní či komunitní. Podpora kojení je nesmírně důležitá, jak z hlediska vytváření pouta mezi matkou a novorozencem, tak i v rámci utváření nové role matky a i ze zdravotního hlediska dítěte. The thesis deals with the effectiveness of the lactation counseling. Lactation counseling falls within the competences of a midwife in either institutional, ambulatory or community care. Breastfeeding support is extremely important both in terms of creating a bond between the mother and the newborn, shaping the new role of the mother, and the health of the child.
