Abstract:
Bakalářská práce mapuje problematiku výslechu, jeho historii, druhy, přípravu, stádia, taktiku provádění a dokumentaci. Dále se zaměřuje na výslech zvlášť zranitelných obětí,především výslechu dětí a na výslechové místnosti, jejich vývoj a význam.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis maps the issue of interrogation, its history, types, preparation, stages, tactics of implementation and documentation. It also focuses on the interrogation of particularly vulnerable victims, especially interrogation of children and the interrogation rooms, their development and significance.
