Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na výběr strategií zvládání stresu, na výskyt osobnostních charakteristik a především na vzájemný vztah používaných strategií zvládání stresu a osobnostních charakteristik u příslušníků Hasičského záchranného sboru ČR. The diploma thesis is focused on coping strategies, personality traits and in particular on the relations of coping strategies and personality traits among members of the Fire and Rescue Service in the Czech Republic.
