Cílem této diplomové práce je určení tržní hodnoty podniku Severočeské doly k 1.1.2009. V úvodu je stručně zmíněn základní profil společnosti a některá specifika podnikání báňských společností. Třetí část práce se věnuje strategické analýze. Výstupem je prognóza tržeb společnosti ve třech variantních scénářích. Abstract:
The main goal of the thesis is establishing market value of the company Severoceske doly as of 1.1.2009. In the introduction, there is a brief profile of the company along with some of the pecularities of entrepreneurship in mining. Third section of the thesis is focused on the strategic analysis.
