Business Management in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá definováním problematiky managementu v kontextu pandemie Covid-19. První část definuje základní pojmy týkající se tématu - management, manažer, vlastnosti manažera, základní principy managementu podniku, ekonomická krize a další. Druhá část představuje pomocné metodiky při strategickém rozhodování. Třetí část odpovídá na výzkumný problém, jak ovlivnila krize vybraný podnik z hlediska managementu finanční stability a plnění stávajících strategií. Poslední část této diplomové práce obsahuje závěry a doporučení, které plynou z této diplomové práce.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the definition of management issues in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. The first part defines the basic concepts related to the topic - management, manager, manager's characteristics, basic principles of business management, economic crisis and more. The second part presents auxiliary methodologies in strategic decision making. The third part responds to the research problem of how the crisis has affected the selected company in terms of financial stability management and implementation of existing strategies. The last part of this diploma thesis contains conclusions and recommendations that result from this diploma thesis.
