Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou povrchového plazmonu. Jedná se o jev, který může nastat při dopadu polarizovaného světla na rozhraní dielektrika a kovu. Práce je zaměřena na výpočet parametrů takové kovové vrstvy, která bude vhodná pro aplikaci povrchového plazmonu jako biodetektoru. Výpočet je založen na výpočtu Fresnelových koeficientů. The thesis deals with issue of surface plasmon polariton. The surface plasmon polariton is a phenomenon which may occur by an impact of polarized light into dileletric - metal interface. The thesis deals with computing of parameters of an optimal metal layer for an application as a biodetector. The calculation is based on computation with Fresnel.
