Abstract:
Fytoestrogeny jsou látky rostlinného původu mající velký účinek na lidské zdraví. Bakalářská práce se zabývá isoflavonoidy – jednou ze skupin fytoestrogenů. Pokud jsou tyto látky přítomny v krmivu dojnic, přechází i do mléka. Mikroorganismy bachoru (rumen) jsou schopny metabolizovat přijímané fytoestrogeny na látky s větším biologickým účinkem. Abstract:
Phytoestrogens are substances produced by plants. These substances have huge effect on human health. This bachelor thesis is focused on isoflavonoids – one of the groups of phytoestrogens. If these substances occur in feedstuf for milk cow they merge into the milk. Ruminal microorganisms are able to metabolise phytoestrogens to the substances with bigger biological effect.
