Complicationts in the care of patients after endovasal catheterization prosedures on the arterial peripheral system

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce informuje o onemocnění na tepenném periferním řečišti, vyšetření a především komplikacích, které mohou po invazivních výkonech na tepenném periferním řečišti nastat. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a na část výzkumnou. Teoretická část se zabývá anatomií a fyziologií tepenného systému dolních končetin, příčinami onemocnění tepen dolních končetin, angiografickým vyšetřením PTA, jeho komplikacemi a péčí o pacienta po vyšetření. Výzkumná část se zaměřuje na pacienty po PTA tepenného periferního řečiště, následné komplikace a dodržování léčebného režimu po výkonech na tepenném periferním řečišti, který může některým komplikacím zabránit. Je zde prezentována analýza výsledků, která byla získána na základě dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky jsou vyhodnoceny v grafech a tabulkách, ze kterých vyplývají poznatky spojené s informovaností pacientů, péčí ošetřovatelského personálu a celkově výskytem komplikací v cévní chirurgii.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis informs about illnesses of arterial peripheral system, their diagnoses and complications, which might occur after invasive arterial peripheral system operations. The thesis is divided into two parts, theory and research. The theoretical part deals with the anatomy and physiology of arterial system of legs, the causes of illness of leg arteries, angiographic examination PTA, its complications and patient's care after the diagnosis. The research focuses on patients after the "PTA arterial peripheral system," the following complications and maintaining the treatment regimen on the arterial peripheral system, which might prevent several complications from occurring. The analysis of results obtained on the basis of a questionnaire is further presented in this part. The findings connected with patients' awareness, staff nursing's care and overall occurrence of complication in vascular surgery are evaluated in graphs and charts.
