Offensive and defensive rebounding in basketball
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá herními činnostmi jednotlivců v basketbale. Rozděluje herní činnosti na útočné a obranné. Zejména se pak zaměřuje na herní činnost doskakování a práci po doskoku. V další části je vytvořen sborník cvičení zaměřených na průpravu a rozvoj útočného i obranného doskakování a pivotování.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on individual skills in basketball. It divided individual skills on offensive skills and defensive skills. It is particularly focused on rebounding and activities after rebound. In the next part is created collection of exercises which are focused on training and progress on offensive and defensive rebounding and pivoting.
