Viticulture and Wine Making in Legal Context
Abstract:
Rigorózní práce se zabývá vinohradnickým a vinařským právem v České republice a to jednak z pohledu povinností a požadavků kladených na pěstitele a jednak z pohledu nezávadného, jakostního vinařského produktu, který byl vyroben v souladu se všemi povinnostmi a požadavky na něj kladenými.

The thesis deals with viticulture and wine making in the Czech Republic.
