Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá výskytem toxických látek v potravinách. Skládá se z teoretické a výzkumné části. Ve své práci představuji toxické látky přírodního původu a látky cizorodé. Zaměřuji se na jejich výskyt, vznik, působení a rizika způsobená těmito látkami.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the occurrence of toxid substances in food. Thesis consists of teorerical and researcg part. In my work i present toxic substances of natural origin and foreign substances. I focus on their occurrence, origin, effects and risks caused by these sunstances.
