Production data recording and its reporting

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout systém evidence výrobních dat a jejich reporty. Práce je rozdělena do několika částí. Úvodní část je zaměřena na teoretické poznatky z oblasti výrobního procesu a výrobního sytému, které slouží jako základ pro další postup. Další část pojednává o evidenci výroby, kde jsou zmíněny výrobní ukazatele, nástroje pro jejich zefektivnění a typy reportů. Hlavní část práce je zaměřena na samotný návrh systému evidence výrobních dat. Je rozdělena do dvou základních částí. První částí je definování požadovaných reportů a následné vymezení důležitosti evidovaných dat. Druhou částí je návrh elektronického systému evidence dat včetně návrhu reportů. V prvním kroku je navržena aplikace v MS Excel a v kroku druhém je navržena databázová aplikace ve Visual Basic.net.

Abstract:

The target of this diploma thesis is to suggest evidence system and reporting of produciton data. The diploma thesis is divided into several parts. The introductory part is aimed at the theoretical knowledge of the manufacturing processes and the manufacturing system. This part serves as the theoretical basis for the practical solving of the diploma thesis. The next part of the diploma thesis concerns with describing of the manufacturing data record system. Specifically the production indicators, tools for their efficiency improvement and kind of reports are mentioned. The main part of the diploma thesis deals with the proposal of the manufacturing data evidence system. The main part is divided into two basic parts. Within the first basic part the required reports are defined and the importance of this system is emphasized. The second basic part concerns with the proposal of the evidence system (inclusive of the reports proposals). The evidence system was designed as the application in MS Excel in a first step and as the database system in Visual Basic.net in a second step
