Securities Issuers Duty to Inform
Abstract:
Prace pojednava zejmena o informacnich povinnostech emitentu kotovanych cennych papiru, a to v navaznosti na novou pravni upravu po vstupu Ceske republiky do Evropske unie. Krome povinnosti emitentu se pak zabyva i informacnimi povinnostmi dalsich subjektu kapitaloveho trhu.
Abstract:
The thesis especially deals with information duties of issuers of quoted securities, scilicet in sequence on the new legal regulations after the entry of the Czech Republic into the European Union. Besides the issuers duties it also considers information duties of other subjects of the capital market.
