Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá reformou účetnictví státu zaměřenou na územní samosprávné celky a jejich odpisování dlouhodobého majetku. Na začátku jsou charakterizovány územní samosprávné celky, následně je uvedeno účetnictví před reformou, které je zaměřeno na nyní zrušený peněžní princip účetnictví a dlouhodobý majetek. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the accounting reform of the state and focuses on municipalities and the depreciation of their fixed assets. At the beginning, there are basic characteristics of municipalities, then there is mentioned accounting before the reform.
