Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o ocenění pozemků. Cílem teoretické části je vysvětlit základní pojmy, problematiku a metody, které se pro oceňování pozemků používají. Praktická část obsahuje ocenění stavebního pozemku ve městě Chropyně a ocenění základní školy Janského v Praze 13. Poslední část, analýza realitního trhu, se zaměřuje na okres Kroměříž. This bachelory thesis is about land valuation. The aim of the theoretical part is explain basic concepts, problems and methods, which are used for land valuation.
