Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá studiem polovodičových vrstev a polovodičových vrstev s kvantovými tečkami pomocí RTG reflektometrie a RTG difraktometrie. Zaměřuje se zejména na vyšetřování tloušťek polovodičových monovrstev a multivrstev, zjišťování mřížkových parametrů materiálů vrstev a také na určování složení ternárních sloučenin. Abstract:
This thesis studies semiconductor layers and semiconductor layers with quantum dots by x-ray reflectometry and x-ray difractometry. It focuses in particular on the investigation of thicknesses of semiconductor monolayers and multilayers, the lattice parameters of the survey materials of layers and determining the composition of ternary compounds.
