Financial derivatives as modern instruments of financial market

Abstract:

S postupující globalizací a internacionalizací trhů dochází k neustálému nárůstu obchodních transakcí na mezinárodní úrovni. Rozšiřují se nejen možnosti obchodování, ale také rychlost s prakticky peněžně neomezenými objemy transakcí. Stále vznikají nové formy investičních instrumentů, které jsou přizpůsobeny přáním investorů. Tato práce se snaží stručně a srozumitelně vysvětlit fungování jednotlivých finančních derivátů a zobrazit řád v jejich třídění. Z tohoto hlediska je především důležité utřídění moderních forem finančních derivátů, kterému je věnována samostatná kapitola. Odborníci z akademických kruhů, i odborníci věnující se problematice finančních trhů v praxi, se sami snaží vnést jakýsi řád do členění a charakteristiky rozličných investičních instrumentů. To se však vzhledem k jejich šíři a neustálému rozvoji stává téměř neuskutečnitelné. Kromě samotné problematiky finančních derivátů a jejich systematizace (především systematizace moderních instrumentů) se v této diplomové práci snažím o nalezení určitého trendu vývoje nejen finančních derivátů, ale také akcií a dluhopisů. Diplomová práce zobrazuje vývoj zobchodovaných finančních derivátů, akcií a dluhopisů v České republice i ve světě, přičemž v případě světa se jedná o vybrané reprezentanty hlavních ekonomických oblastí světa.

Abstract:

Because of the progressive globalisation and internationalization of markets, the business Venture is continuously growing. Not only the trading opportunities are more extensive, but also the transaction capacities are practically unlimited. New forms of investment tools are constantly coming up according to the investors willings. This Thesis is trying to explain briefly and clearly the process of single financial derivation and show the settlement of their classification. This is the most important classification of modern forms of financial derivations, in which I have dedicated an entire chapter. Experts from institutions, as well as professionals practicing into this field are trying to settle an order to classify and characterize different investment tools, but because of its neverending growth in terms of financial amount and quantities, it makes it almost impossible to control. I am trying through this thesis to find certain impovement of not only the financial derivations with its system, but also stocks and obligations. My thesis shows the developement of traded financial derivations, funds and obligations within Czech Republik and also around the world, in which I have selected sources from some of the main world{\crq}s economic representatives.
