Abstract:
Cílem práce je odpověď na otázku, která z metodik a hlavních standardů projektového řízení je vhodná pro použití ve zvolené společnosti v oblasti realizačních projektů a následně navrhnout kroky pro implementaci dané metodiky. Přínosem práce je rozhodnutí o formě metodiky a standardů projektového řízení pro cílovou společnost.

The goal of this thesis is an answer to question, which of the methodologies and main standardizations of project management is best suitable to use in the chosen company in a field of realization of projects and furthermore suggest steps for implementing chosen solution of the given methodology.
