Financial literacy in elementary school

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem finanční gramotnosti. V první části práce jsou popsány pojmy z finanční gramotnosti, jejich definice, zakotvení finanční gramotnosti v rámcovém vzdělávacím programu, výuka finanční gramotnosti v učebnicích základní školy a faktory, které nás ovlivňují při jejím chápání. V druhé části si představíme aktivitu, která může dětem pomoci lépe zacházet s financemi. Cílem práce je zmapovat výuku finanční gramotnosti v učebnicích, naplánovat a zrealizovat aktivitu, která žákům pomůže lépe zacházet s penězi.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of financial literacy. The first part of the thesis describes terms from financial literacy, their definitions, embedding financial literacy in framework education programme, teaching financial literacy in primary school textbooks and factors that influence our understanding of it. In the second part, we will introduce an activity that can help children handle finances better. The goal of the thesis is to map the teaching of financial literacy in textbooks, to plan and implement an activity that will help pupils to handle money better.
