The Influence of the Material on the Quality of the Surface Machined with a Laser Beam

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem pracovních podmínek laserového zařízení ILS 3 NM na jakost polymerních materiálů PP, PS, PA6, POM a PMMA. Při výrobě vzorků byly použity různé řezné rychlosti a konstantní výkon. V teoretické části je podrobně vysvětlen princip laseru, jeho rozdělení a využití v průmyslu. Jsou zde také uvedeny účinky laseru na polymerní materiály, jejich fázové stavy a konkrétní vlastnosti polymerů použitých v praktické části. V praktické části jsou experimentálně vyhotoveny vzorky ze vstřikovaných polymerních materiálů. Při výrobě vzorků pro experiment byl výkon nastaven na konstantní hodnotu 100 W, zatímco řezná rychlost se měnila na 1 066,8 mm/s, 1 371,6 mm/s a 1 524 mm/s. Následné zhodnocení je zaměřeno na posouzení vytvořené obrobené plochy na povrchu materiálu a porovnání vygravírované hloubky mezi jednotlivými polymery.

Abstract:

The Bachelor's thesis deals with the impact of the working conditions of the ILS 3 NM laser equipment on the quality of polymer materials PP, PS, PA6, POM and PMMA. Different cutting rates and constant power were used in the production of samples. The theoretical part explains the principle of laser, its distribution and use in industry in detail. The effects of the laser on polymer materials, their phase states and the specific properties of the polymers used in the practical part are also listed here. In the practical part, samples are experimentally obtained from injected polymer materials. During the production of the samples for the experiment, the power was set to a constant value of 100 W, while the cutting speed varied to 1 066,8 mm/s, 1 371,6 mm/s and 1 524 mm/s. The subsequent evaluation is aimed at evaluating the formed refined surface on the surface of the material and comparing the engraved depth between the individual polymers.
