Cieľom diplomovej práce je pomocou princípov lean managementu zoštíhlenie pracoviska montáž a eliminácia foriem plytvania vo firme Ultraplast s.r.o.. Projekt je tvorený literárnou rozpravou z dostupných zdrojov z oblastí priemyselného inžinierstva, štíhlej výroby ako aj metodológiou DMAIC. The goal of this diploma thesis is to use the principles of lean management to lean work-place and eliminate forms of waste in the company Ultraplast Ltd. . The project consists of literary debate of the available resources of industrial engineering, lean manufacturing and the DMAIC methodology.
