Push and pull factors of suburbanisations

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je fenomén suburbanizace. Jde o suburbanizaci v zázemí Prahy a města Ostravy. Zaměření práce je na push a pull faktory. Lze předpokládat, že primárním důvodem rozhodnutí novousedlíků po přestěhování z města do zázemí Prahy a Ostravy je touha po kvalitním životním prostředí, po soukromí, nezávislosti a vlastním prostoru jako takovém. Dosažené soubory výsledků byly vyhodnoceny v závěrečné kapitole.

Abstract:

The subject of this Bachelor Thesis is the phenomenon of suburbanization. It is suburbanization in the hinterland of Prague and the city of Ostrava. The focus of the work is on push and pull factors. It was found that the primary reason for new settlers. It can be assumed that the primary reason for the decision of new settlers after moving from the city to the hinterland of Prague and Ostrava is the desire for a quality environment, for privacy, independence and their own space as such. The sets of results achieved were evaluated in the final chapter. Both sets of results are balanced in concluding chapter.
