Abstract:
Masový rozvoj sinic a přítomnost jejich toxinů v prostředí představuje rychle rostoucí a závažný problém současnosti. Nejčastějšími a zároveň nejstudovanějšími cyanotoxiny jsou MICROCYSTINY (MCs). O jejich účincích a mechanizmech působení na obratlovce (včetně člověka) je známo mnohé, méně ale o jejich vlivu na ostatní organismy v prostředí. The massive cyanobacterium expansion and the occurrence of cyanobacterial toxins in environment becomes growing problem of presents. The most frequent and studied cyanotoxins are MICROCYSTINS (MCs). There is a number of studies of MCs and their effects on vertebratea (incl.human) but fewer about their effects on the other organisms in environment.
