Proposal of Surface Modification Center Layout According the Reduction of Packaging Times and Idle Times

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na změnu layoutu v závodě, který je zaměřen na vstřiková-ní plastů a pokovení. Výstupem práce je nový layout, který sníží potřebu mezioperačního balení a sníží vzdálenost manipulačních cest. V úvodu práce jsou definovány cíle a metody. Teoretická část je zaměřena na oblasti, kterými se projekt zabývá, a jsou popsány metody, které byly použity. Praktická část práce začíná představením společnosti a následně je analyzován současný stav středisek, kterých se bude změna layoutu týkat. Na základě analýzy stávajícího stavu je definován projekt a poté zpracován nový layout, kapacity a řízení rizik spojených s novým layoutem. Na závěr je shrnutí celého projektu a dodatečné návrhy.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the layout change of the plant, which is aimed on injection molding and plating. The outcome of this work is a new layout, which reduces the need for inprocess packaging and reduces the distance journeys of handling. Goals and methods are defined in the introduction part. Theoretical part focuses on areas, which the project deal with, and describes the methods that were used. Practical part describes the company. Subsequently analyzes the current situation of centers, which will be involved in change of the layout. Based on the analysis of current situation is defined project and then precessed the new layout, capacity and managing the risks associated with the new lay-out. At the end is a summary of the project and additional suggestions.
