Cílem této diplomové práce je kompletní pochopení konceptu hotelových restaurací pomocí prozkoumání a porovnání restaurací ve třech vybraných hotelech vyšší třídy. The aim of this diploma thesis is a complete understanding of the concept of hotel restaurants by examining and comparing the three selected restaurants in the high class hotels.
