Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je vyhodnotit data získaná z replik povrchu jizev před a po použití frakční CO2 laser-terapie. Jako první je v teoretické části popsán základ anatomie kůže, vrásky, proces hojení ran a z něj vzniklé jizvy. Dále jsou popsány lasery, část je zaměřena na využití laseru v medicíně. The aim of this theses is to analyse data of replication of the surface before and after treatment by fractional CO2 laser therapy. The first part of the theses is aimed on description of skin anatomy, wrinkles, wound healing process and scars. In the next part are descripted lasers.
