Tato práce se zabývá gamma-delta T buňkami a jejich využitím při terapii B-buněčných malignit a skládá se ze tří částí. Nejdříve je krátce popsán imunitní systém, dvě hlavní kapitoly jsou věnovány gamma-delta T buňkám, jejich vývoji a zejména jejich protinádorovým funkcím, a B-buněčným malignitám. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on gamma-delta T cells and their usage in therapy of B cell malignancies and consists of three sections. First of all, the immune system is described. Two main sections are dedicated to gamma-delta T cells, to their development and especially to their anti-tumor functions, and to B cell malignancies.
