Settlement and Structure Development of Jimramov since the second half of the 18th to the 20th century

Abstract:

Tématem předložené diplomové práce je Sídelní a stavební vývoj Jimramova. Jimramov byl roku 1990 prohlášen městskou památkovou zónou, ale dosud se vývojem této lokality nikdo nezabýval. Práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol. Po krátkém úvodu přichází kapitola Stav poznání historie Jimramova, ke kterému je zařazena Literatura. Následují Materiály a prameny s přehledným popisem podkladů pro průzkum. Kapitola O Jimramovu shrnuje stěžejní historické události, které souvisí se stavebním vývojem. Hlavní jádro této práce a průzkumu ovšem spočívá v nejobsáhlejší kapitole, v Katalogu objektů, kde jsou sepsány veškeré objekty dle svého katalogového záznamu začínající číslem popisným. Zde je každý dům popsán s uvedením přibližného datování. Práce je opatřena historickými mapami, stavebními plány a četnými fotografickými přílohami.

Abstract:

The main focus of this thesis is the residential and structural development of Jimramov. In 1990, Jimramov was declared an urban conservation area but no further effort has been made to investigate its development. The thesis is divided into multiple chapters. The first chapter, following a brief introduction, is named Current state of knowledge of history of Jimramov and includes the chapter Literature. As next follows Materials and sources of knowledge with a well-arranged description of materials used for the research. The chapter About Jimramov summarizes the main historic events which contributed to the structural evolution. The main content of the work and research is located within the most comprehensive chapter, The catalogue of the houses., where all objects are listed based on their catalogue record, starting with their land registry number. In this chapter, each object is described and given its approximate date of origin. The thesis is also provided with historical maps, construction plans and numerous photographs.
