Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou procesů na servisní dílně manipulační techniky. V teoretické části je definována údržba, analýza podnikových procesů, identifikace plýtvání a nástroje štíhlého podniku. V praktické části je seznámení s podnikem, kde proběhlo několik analýz. The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of processes in the service workshop of handling trucks. In the theoretical part are defined maintenance, analysis of business processes, loss identification and lean business tools.
