Innovation sources in a certain company
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je věnována zdrojům inovace jako nástrojům zvyšování inovační výkonnosti podniku. Za účelem provedení analýzy inovačních zdrojů konkrétního podniku budou představeny klíčové pojmy a přístupy. Následně bude provedena případová studie podniku a na základě výstupů z ní budou podniku navrženy nástroje sloužící ke zlepšení řízení inovačních zdrojů.
Abstract:
This master thesis examines innovation sources as tools for increasing company’s innovation performance. The key terms and approaches will be introduced in order to carry out the innovation sources analysis. The case study will be carried out next and the outputs of the case study will be used to propose tools for improving the innovation sources management.
