Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na dechovou rehabilitaci, aplikovanou u nemocných se syndromem akutní respirační tísně (ARDS), etiologicky na podkladě virové chřipky H1N1. Základní klinickou léčbou ARDS je připojení pacientů na umělou plicní ventilaci (UPV), která však způsobuje oslabení dýchacích svalů. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on pulmonary rehabilitation applied in patients with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS), aetiologically based on the influenza H1N1 virus. The basic clinical treatment of ARDS is connecting patients to artificial pulmonary ventilation (UPV), which, by contrast, causes decrease in respiratory muscle strength.
