Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat současnou situaci JIP východočeská, a.s. a navrhnout vlastní řešení v systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Tato práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První částí je teoretická, která se skládá z kapitol 1, 2 a 3 a jsou v ní rozebrány související pojmy. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current situation of the JIP východočeská, a.s. and to propose a new solution of the system of employee benefits. This thesis consists of two parts.
