Abstract:

Stromy jsou napadány fytofágním hmyzem jak v lesních, tak i nelesních ekosystémech. Běžně se vyskytující fytofágní druhy v České republice jsou například bekyně velkohlavá - Lymantria dispar a klíněnka jírovcová - Cameraria ohridella. Uvedené druhy dokáží způsobit na hostitelských dřevinách silnou defoliaci, a proto byly vybrány do laboratorního a terénního experimentu. Jako metoda individuální ochrany dřevin byla použita metoda stromové mikroinjektáže účinných látek Abamektinu a Emamektinu benzoátu do pro uvedené druhy hostitelských dřevin (Tilia cordata, resp. Aesculus Hippocastanum). Stromová mikroinjektáž byla efektivní ke kontrole uvedených druhů, ale její efektivita byla ovlivněna řadou faktorů, např. druhem cílového organismu, jeho vývojovým stádiem, koncentrací a druhem účinné látky atp. Emamektin benzoát představoval účinnou metodu ochrany dřevin pro oba výše zmíněné druhy hmyzu, zatímco na Abamektin v ošetřených stromech reagovala pouze C. ohridella výmazným poklesem poškození listové plochy.

Abstract:

The trees are attacked by phytophagous insects both in forests and non-forest environments. The common phytophagous insects in the Czech Republic are the gypsy moth – Lymantria dispar and the horse chestnut leaf miner – Cameraria ohridella which are both species cause severe defoliation on host tree species and have therefore been selected for laboratory and field experiments. The tree protection method used was tree microinjection with the active substances abamectin and emamectin benzoate with the host tree species (Tilia cordata and Aesculus hippocastanum). Tree microinjection was effective to control those insect pests which was influenced by related factors e.g. the species of the target organism, its developmental stage, the concentration and type of the active substance, etc. Emamectin benzoate was an effective method of tree species protection for both of the above insect species, whereas only C. ohridella responded to abamectin in the treated trees.
