Mobbing and its possibile solutions

Abstract:

This work is focused on exploring issues mobbing in the banking and corporate sectors. Mobbing occurs in every sector to the trade, but this issue in our conditions was taboo, respectively spoken about it. This is reflected in various forms and methods of negotiation, because it has a negative impact on humans, whether mental, physical, as well as employment. It is necessary to know the cause, as well as possible solutions. In the theoretical part, we further analyzed the concept of mobbing, its origins and phases of mobbing. Mobbing techniques are different and may not be immediately obvious and clear to everyone that this is harassment and bullying. Many consider it authoritarian behavior and sustain leadership. Later, it may take a larger dimension, and therefore this problem should be addressed. Very important when troubleshooting is to help close a man, family, colleagues or friends, but also a manager or a representative from among the branches. The next section describes the work of prevention of mobbing from the perspective of the company and the employee. Particular attention should we address bullying by legal procedure. In the practical part, we focused on finding information about mobbing of employees, through a questionnaire, which we applied for bank employees, even in business. Identified knowlege in this work is to be used to improve awareness of mobbing, asi t preceded than defend against it, respectively deal with it.

Abstract:

Táto práca je zameraná na skúmanie problematiky mobbingu v bankovom a podnikovom sektore. Mobbing sa vyskytuje v každom odvetví, sfére obchodu, ale táto problematika v našich podmienkach bola tabuizovaná, resp. sa o nej nehovorilo. Prejavuje sa v rôznych formách a spôsoboch jednania, pretože má negatívny dopad na človeka, či už psychický, fyzický, ako aj na pracovnú činnosť. Je potrebné poznať príčiny jeho vzniku ako aj možnosti riešenia. V teoretickej časti sme bližšie analyzovali pojem mobbing, jeho pôvod a fázy mobbingu. Techniky mobbingu sú rôzne a nemusí byť hneď každému jasné a zrejmé, že ide o obťažovanie a šikanovanie. Mnohí to považujú za autoritatívne správanie alebo udržanie si vedúceho postavenia. Neskôr môže nadobudnúť väčší rozmer, a preto je tento problém potrebné riešiť. Veľmi dôležité pri jeho riešení problému je pomoc blízkeho človeka, rodiny, kolegu alebo priateľov, ale aj manažéra, či zástupcu z radov odborov. V ďalšej časti práce charakterizujeme prevenciu proti mobbingu z pohľadu firmy aj zamestnanca. Osobitnú pozornosť venujeme riešeniu šikanovania zo strany právneho postupu. V praktickej časti sme sa zamerali na zistenie informovanosti zamestnancov o mobbingu, prostredníctvom dotazníka, ktorý sme aplikovali u zamestnancov banky, aj v podniku. Zistené poznatky v tejto bakalárskej práci je možné použiť na zlepšenie informovanosti o mobbingu, ako mu predchádzať, ako sa voči nemu brániť, resp. ho riešiť.
